serta mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran dalam konteks organisasi bisnis maupun non-bisnis. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari
prinsip dasar pemasaran, perilaku konsumen, segmentasi pasar, penentuan target dan posisi pasar, strategi bauran
pemasaran (marketing mix), serta pengelolaan hubungan dengan pelanggan (customer relationship management).
