The video shows a good understanding of how to handle customer complaints. The dialogue is well-structured, the responses are polite and solution-oriented, and the expressions used are appropriate for the customer service situation. The teamwork and communication are very good, but the sound in the video is not clear.

In my opinion, the video from group 8 is good and funny, it's just that the sound is not clear and there is no conclusion. but I still appreciate the hard work of group 8, good job guys.

In my opinion, the video is good, quite funny, but there is no conclusion at the end of the video and the audio in the video is not clear.

The video by Group 8 is very interesting and informative. The explanation of the material is quite clear and the flow is coherent. The use of narration and visuals in the video also helps the audience understand the content of the material well.

Great job on the customer complaint handling in this video! The conversation flows well, the replies are professional, and the solutions make sense. Team coordination looks solid too. Just one thing, the audio quality could be better in some sections

Allow me to submit youtube video link result from Group 8 about handling complaints, for Mrs. Meytha Pritandhari,S.pd, M.Pd. and all our friends.


Regarding the audio in this video, we have tried editing and removing the background noise, and we succeeded. Although the sound became clearer, but The words we spoke became unclear and changed in meaning. Therefore, we try to edit the video again and upload it with a less noise.

Thank you to everyone who has given comments and suggestions on our video.

so, for me the explanation in the video is very clear. but, the sound is a lilbit noisy. behind the scenes is soo funny and ya i think we all here enjoy it. overall the video is perfect, great job team.
