In my opinion, the video is quite interesting. The speaker in the video delivers the steps very well. His pronunciation sounds good and clear. The vocabulary he used is quite easy to understand, even though I think some ingredients of the dish are not really familiar. I think the speaker is British, and his British accent is very clear but some people who are not really familiar with the British accent may have a little difficulty listening to the speaker's explanation. The steps, I think they are some steps that personally I don't really follow so I need to replay the steps to more understand them. Maybe because I just found out how to cook this type of food.

I think the pronunciation is pretty clear but I think his accent is a little fast, plus he uses british language so sometimes I have to be more careful to hear it. but the explanation of the steps in my opinion is easy to understand, because he explains in detail and the uses and benefits of the ingredients he uses, to make the food

This video is a good video to watch, which the visuals provided are very good and interesting. Then for the pronunciation, to be honest I had a hard time listening to what the speaker was saying, because the pronunciation was very fast and the speaker used a british accent, which I had a lot of trouble hearing when I heard the speaker use this accent. Actually the language or vocabulary used is quite easy, namely basic words. Regarding accents, I really like hearing someone use a british accent, but it's very difficult for me to understand what they are saying. So when I watch I rely on the speaker's movements to get the point across. And finally, the steps given are quite easy to follow because they are explained in detail, and I often see the ingredients used because I often watch cooking videos.

I like this video, his pronunciation sounds clear but to be honest he speaks a bit fast, moreover he uses a british accent and I found  new words which makes me watch it using subtitles so I can understand the points perfectly. The way he explained and did it was very clear and easy to understand because he delivered it in a very interactive language. He not only shows the steps but he also explains how and why it is done to preserve the meat to be more juicy. I thought I'd be able to follow the steps, but I find it difficult to follow one of the ingredients he uses is, wine. Overall, this video is very interesting but at the beginning of the video, he should have shown first all the ingredients needed but he wrote it in the description box instead.

I think his pronunciation was clear, but he spoke quickly, so it was a bit difficult for me to understand him. He also uses a British accent, but the language he uses is easy to understand, and I think the steps he gives are easy to follow because he explains them in detail.

I think his pronunciation is quite clear but since he using british accent, I need to listen carefully to getting what he's trying to say. Also, there is a several new words that I never hear before. I think if he's talking just more slowly, it would be easier to understand.

This is such an interesting video for me because I like to see a video like this. Based on my opinion, in some parts his pronunciation and accent are easy to listen but there are also the other parts that I can't get the point. Beside that, his language use and the steps that is shown in the video make me more understand and easy to follow, so I can now how to make that dish.

In my opinion this is an interesting video, but to be honest although the speaker used vocabularies that familiar for me there are words that I can't understand when I heard it because the speaker speaks quite fast and he uses british accent that's why I re-listen in some parts of the video. the speaker explained the steps and the ingredients clearly, He also gives some tips how to make that dish more delicious. But I think in real life I will not make this dish because it takes a lot of time and effort to make it and also it contain wine.

The pronunciation itself is clear, but I think it's a little difficult to follow because of the fast pronunciation. The language used is easy to understand, there are only a few words that are still not familiar, so subtitles are needed. What makes it a little difficult to follow is the accent used. He uses a british accent which is often difficult for people to understand. The steps described are easy to practice, only ingredients that are difficult to obtain by certain people.

okay, I think the pronunciation is not clear enough for my ears. Very strong british accent. American accent would be better for my ears (>o<). The language used is general and simple, not many terms (cookings terms?). The steps are well explained, its easy to follow. and he looks so stunning in that kitchen...hehe~

This is an interesting cooking video.The video graphic is really eye catching,the color grading is really pleasant and very entertaining.But for the pronunciation,i still have to listen to it carefully because he is using British accent and he's talking that fast .Beside the pronunciation,there is some of the words that i dont really understand. Maybe things that commonly used in the cooking world.

I think in this video, the speakers speak so clear. so the ptonoinciation speakers are very good. for the language used is very easy to understand, the speaker explains in simple language so that what the speaker explains is easy to understand and not boring. For the accent the speaker uses is very clear, but personally I'm actually a little difficult to understand the accent the speaker uses, but so far I can understand what the speaker is saying by repeating the video twice. The steps explained by the speaker are also very easy to understand, the speaker provides steps that everyone can do, what's more, the explanation is very short and not long-winded. and that is no less important is the interesting video and shooting so that by just watching the video, the audience can understand what the speaker is saying.

so far, i can hear clearly about his pronounciation. i can hear without subtitle and when i try to watch it with subtitle, it's right. probably, he use british accent, some pronounciation that i can't get it, and i should use subtitle. when i play the video, i minimalize the speed so i can get what the point, because he's too fast. for the steps, it's not difficult as i thought, but maybe some things that i will feel difficult to find. and the video was nice, he's great editor.

This video is very interesting for me. The explanation in each step is so clear and detailed that it can be understood easily. His language use was easy and familiar for me so that I am easy to understand. but because his accent was British and fast pronunciation make it difficult for me, so I keep repeating and sometimes use the translate feature to understand what is being said.

His pronunciation is quite clear and i understand most of what he said. But there are some words that i dont get it because he has strong accent so it sounds gibberish (for me). The video is very helpful to comprehend the point, but if i want to recook the recipe i will watch the other video which has simpler steps.
