1. Benefits of the Course: This course also provides students with provisions on how to negotiate, build teamwork, make decisions, and manage conflict in a multicultural environment. MLB helps students and fresh graduates to become leaders for talents with different cultural backgrounds.
2. Brief Description of the Course: The Cross - Cultural Management course is a course that aims to improve students ' ability patterns in terms of personal and managerial communication at a multicultural global level . This capability is expected to be useful in the work environment of a company or other organization, especially if the organization is at a multinational level which allows many of its employees to have different cultural backgrounds.
Cross-cultural management in the learning process will provide students with an understanding of the cultural characteristics of various nations/countries so that they have a sensibilities for cultural differences which in the end will be able to lead them to decide how to manage these differences.
3. Learning Outcomes:
Students have a comprehensive understanding and awareness of cultural differences in the work environment and in society;
Students have an attitude that is responsive to cultural differences in the work environment and in the community;
Students understand and master cross-cultural management concepts in general and the theoretical concepts of specific sections in these areas of knowledge and skills in depth;
Students are able to imply cultural differences that bring different conditions to the work organization environment;
Students have special skills in dealing with cultural differences;
Students have special skills and understand multicultural work organizations;
Students are able to understand the causes and effects resulting from cultural differences in a multicultural work organization environment;

5. Learning Strategy
The learning will be carried out using a student center learning approach which is actualized by means of active learning with the type of collaborative learning . The strategy is to divide students into small groups (6 to 7 people) after the initial meeting and mapping of student abilities, they will be facilitated by lecturers to actively discuss with active learning discussion models .
6. Tasks
Students are required to ask questions and be active in class by preparing or reading in advance the material that will be discussed at each meeting.
Students are required to answer questions from the lecturer.
Students in groups and individually are given the task of studying the material in the reference book and completing the tasks in the book and the questions provided by the lecturer to be collected and discussed in class.

Assessment criteria
The assessment criteria refer to the weight of the appraiser based on the LAP set by Unila, with the following provisions:
General requirements:
Students cannot take the final exam if they do not meet 80% attendance.
Students are given a score of 0 (zero) if they are proven to have the same task/cheat with other students.

10. Rules
Students must attend lectures and arrive on time (tolerance for a delay of 5 minutes).
If the lecturer is not present, after 15-30 minutes from the schedule, students contact the lecturer via telephone to ask whether the lecture will take place or not.
The percentage of student attendance is 80% of the total planned meetings as a condition for students to be able to take the final exam.
If the student is not present, there must be a notification to the lecturer by written letter and must be received by the lecturer during the lecture.
Students are required to submit assignments given by the lecturer on time and there will be a reduction in grades if they are late in submitting assignments.
Students are required to take the mid-semester examination and the end-semester examination, for those who are unable to take the exam, must attach a letter that supports permission to not take the exam.
Students are required to dress neatly and politely in accordance with campus regulations.
At the start of the lecture and at the end of the lecture, the student has cleaned up the tools/facilities needed for the smooth running of the lecture.
