1. My planning for PT POS Indonesia's services in the Sumenep, Madura, East Java is they must improve the tracking package by using bar code or qr so they will easily input the data. Then, the consumers must have the link of the bar code of the package so the costumer will be able to track thier package. Giving transparancy to the consumer make them less worried about the package lost in the shipment process. PT POS Indonesta must give the consumer guarantee if the package lost during the delivery, this could make the employee have a better responsibility because if the package lost, they must return the money for the costumer. PT POS Indonesia should make an application for tracking the delivery to the cosumers. Using technology for better management and transparancy to the costumer will bring trust and the consumers feels secure about Pos Indonesia services.
2. a. My action when dealing with guest from the province is ask fhe officals from the province their needs to find Mr. Yanto and tell them that I will send their message to him directly if the matters are important and If I can’t contacted to Mr. Yanto, I'll ask other superior what to do or I'll be the one in charge to replace him. I'll try not to tell to them about where was Mr. Yanto go.
b. My action when dealing with undisaplined employees is giving them warning and scared them If they were not cooperate well, I will tell Mr. Yanto so they will get salary reduction. But I should tell them as a serious joke, so they will think twice about their action. I also must give a good role model to the employees by never late and finished my duties so the employees follows my actions.
