Weekly outline
General
This course discusses the behaviors in the organization. These behaviors include individual behavior, group behavior, organizational design and structure, organizational processes, and cultural dynamics, perceptions, communication, motivation, leadership, group dynamics, conflicts and management. The approach used in this course is the theoretical approach and analysis of cases that are relevant to the material of organizational behavior. Through this course, students are invited to examine the causes of change, resistance to changes and ways to overcome, diagnostic processes, intervention strategies and organizational culture.
