This course is a 2-credit core course at English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung, Indonesia. This course is aimed to introduce students to the principles, theories, and practices of multiculturalism within educational settings, focusing on fostering inclusive, culturally responsive teaching and learning. Topics include cultural diversity, equity, identity, pedagogy, language issues, and classroom strategies for diverse learners. Through critical discussions, case studies, reflective activities, and practical tasks, students are expected to develop awareness, attitudes, and pedagogical skills necessary to create inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive learning environments.
