S1 International Management_Industrial Psychology_Ganjil 2025/2026

This course discusses the application of psychological theories and principles to improve work effectiveness and employee well-being. The material includes recruitment and selection, job design, performance appraisal, training and development, motivation, job satisfaction, and workplace safety. Students learn psychological assessment methods, including ability tests, personality tests, and evaluations of work behavior. Case studies are used to analyze psychological factors affecting employee productivity and retention. The learning emphasizes skills in integrating psychology with management practices, designing evidence-based interventions, and creating a healthy, safe, and conducive work environment for optimal performance.
