The course material includes Mendel's Laws, probability theory and inheritance of traits, gene expression, chromosomal variation, chromosomal abnormalities, DNA mutations and repair, lethal genes, gene interactions, probability theory, sex determination, chromosome mapping, recombination, sex linkage, linkage, crossing over, multiple alleles, and population genetics.
