ཐོ་བཀོད་ཀྱི་གདམ་ཁ།
Tax Law is one of the compulsory courses of the Faculty that must be taken by students of the Faculty of Law, totaling 2 (two) credits with a 2-0 learning system. Tax Law, which is part of Fiscal Law (Financial Law), is the entirety of regulations that include the authority of the government to take someone's wealth and return it to the community through the State treasury, so that it is part of public law that regulates legal relations between the State and people or (legal) bodies that are obliged to pay taxes (Taxpayers).
