This Engineering Drawing course is included in the Basic Science course group in the Electrical Engineering Department. This course discusses the procedures for drawing according to applicable standards including basic rules in drawing, reading and interpreting drawings according to the process, applying CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing), knowing and understanding symbols in drawings and how to translate electrical circuit drawings. This course is the basis of knowledge and skills that must be possessed by an engineer both to communicate, understand the process of a system by paying attention to system performance drawings and make system improvements through understanding drawings, and knowing the parts of a process system that require special handling so as to be able to reduce work risks.
