Teori Organisasi MAN B

Membahas tentang teori organisasi yang ditinjau secara epistemologis, ontologis dan historis. Topik besarnya mulai dari ruang lingkup dan kajian tentang nilai-nilai dari paradigma organisasi klasik, neoklasik, modern, dan postmodern. Dalam matakuliah ini juga mengkaji secara kritis secara teoretis dan praxis teori arus utama tentang teori organisasi dalam konteks organisasi sektor publik. Subtopik pembelajaran mengelaborasi konsep dan teori dasar organisasi, jenis dan manfaat organisasi, tujuan, struktur dan desain, budaya dan perubahan organisasi, pengembangan teknologi dan pengawasan organisasi.
