Management Control Systems

This course aims to provide knowledge and understanding of management control system concepts within an entity, as well as how to design performance measurement and incentive systems to align human resources with the entity's objectives. The course employs a Project-Based Learning method, requiring students to design performance measurement and incentive systems for real-world entities found in their local surroundings.
