In this course, students learn about the principles of gene cloning, DNA manipulation and recombination  technique (vectors/plasmid, DNA and plasmid purification, restriction enzyme, ligase, transformation, selection of recombinant clone) gene cloning applications, mutations, directed mutagenesis, protein engineering techniques (chemical modification, immobilization) that will be used in the future when conducting final project research related to cloning techniques. or work in the field of biotechnology
