S1_MNJ_CHANGE MANAGEMENT_INT_GANJIL 2022

This course can encourage students to master and understand the concepts, models and theories of change, forms and strategies of change as well as how to lead change, as well as techniques in describing and developing organizations as part of planned changes so that organizations can achieve their goals. Also, it is hoped that students will have adequate provisions to have skills and understanding of leadership, so that they can be used and utilized both in activities during their time as students and after they enter the world of work, in existing organizations or companies or self-built.
