Corporate Budgeting International Class

Corporate budgeting refers to the process by which a business estimates its finances for a future period and plans its operations accordingly. In developing a corporate budget, a business usually starts with a project plan, then determines the amount of time, goals and costs of the project.

This course is structured so that students can understand and explain the basic concepts of budgeting, and can compile sales forecasts, sales budgets, production budgets, raw material budgets, labor budgets, factory overhead costs, as well as sales and administration costs.
