This course introduces concepts of assessment, evaluation, and tests. It also introduces types of assessment, characteristics of good assessments, and how to create assessment instruments to assess students' English skills and their elements. Finally, the students are given opportunities to analyze the available English tests and tasks and to produce and validate assessment instruments to assess students' English skills and the language elements.
