PS MGT INTERNATIONAL-MGT DISTRIBUTION

The distribution management course is an optional course for students majoring in management and especially for students who are interested in taking a concentration in the field of Marketing Management. This course explains the concepts related to how a set of organizations are interconnected to deliver a product or service so that it is available to consumers or users and then can be consumed by consumers. In this course students are given an understanding of concepts about distribution management, channel organization design, gap analysis and product/service distribution strategies, and also provided with case studies relevant to the topics discussed to improve practical concepts, and how to solve each problem encountered in each case discussed.
